Womb Chair and Ottoman

Womb Chair and ottoman by Eero Saarinen for Knoll, designed in 1948. The design was commissioned by Florence Knoll, who wanted a chair that felt like "a basket full of pillows" the Womb Chair revolutionized lounge seating with its enveloping form. This piece remains one of the most iconic designs in modern furniture history. 

Standard size Womb Chair in Tobacco Volo leather. Frame is black powder-coated steel. Original Knoll markings as pictured.
