Originally designed by Marcel Breuer, the Laccio table is meant to be a companion for the iconic Wassily chair. The first tubular steel design based on the tubed frame of a bicycle. This variation was manufactured by Stendig, in Finland. Charles Stendig manufactured these iconic pieces between 1955 and 1976. Stendig imported a unique selection of modern European furniture to the United States, focusing on contract-grade pieces suitable for commercial use.
