Chrome Mushroom Lamp

Chrome Mushroom Lamp (Modern). Gorgeous statement piece that will look good on any surface.

I love the contrast of the chrome finish on a wood table or credenza, but it would also look stunning on a lacquered piece such as a colourful USM. 

No luck on IDing the origin of this piece; however, the lighting receptacle is marked as 2013. 

Perfect condition except for a small dent as pictured, very minor and minimally visible. 

2-prong outlet, 2 bulbs required.
